including the information

fields with prior
careers at
Nortel Networks and MCI in
technical, managerial and
executive roles. He
also possesses international
experience through
successful project
management work in Mexico,
Central America and Canada.
In addition to extensive on
the job experience, Steve
has a solid educational
background with a degree in
Management Information
Systems, B.S., and a
Master's degree in
Telecommunications
Management from Oklahoma
State University.
Steve serves within his
community area on the Board
of Directors for both the
Wood County Industrial
Commission and the Regional
Airport.
